Podcasts are becoming more and more popular each day. They provide an excellent source of entertainment while you clean the house, drive a long commute, or hit the gym. Podcasts are great because you can listen to them no matter what you are doing. You can either download a podcast app or you can use Apple’s Podcast app. If you are overwhelmed with how to find a podcast, don’t worry because I am going to show you!
How to Find a Podcast:
Step 1: Open the Podcasts app
Step 2: Tap the “Browse” button in the toolbar at the bottom of your screen.
Step 3: You can browse through the “Featured” section or you can pick from “Top Charts”, “All Categories”, or “Featured Providers.”
Step 4: Once you find a podcast that interests you, tap on “Podcast Art” to view the details about the show and view the most recent episodes.
How to Subscribe to a Podcast:
Once you find a podcast that piques your interest, you will want to be notified anytime the author of the podcast releases a new episode. This is exactly what a subscription does for you! When you subscribe to a particular podcast, you will be notified immediately when a new episode is released.
Step 1: Locate the “Subscribe” button on a podcast that interests you. It will be next to the podcast art and below the name of the show.
Step 2: Tap the “Subscribe” button.
Now that you are familiar with Apple’s Podcast app, you can easily discover and subscribe to the podcast that is perfect for you. A new world of podcasts awaits!
