Have you ever wished there was an easier way to stay up to date on your favorite places? Lucky for you, Apple just released an update for Google Maps that does just that. Once you follow a certain place on the app, you will receive alerts about upcoming events. special offers, and more.
If there is a certain place you wish to get updates on, then the first thing you need to do is open the Google Maps app. After the app is open, search for the specific place in the search bar. After you’ve found the place, tap the “Follow” button.
In the app, you can follow as many places as you want. Google Maps now provides an easy way to receive updates about your favorite places.
