Use Google Photos to free up space on your phone:

This usually means you would need to delete some photos or videos to clear up more space, but what if the photos are extremely important to you?

If you love to capture certain moments using your phone, then you must download Google Photos. It’s free to use and it provides unlimited photo storage in the cloud. You can easily sync your phone to Google Photos, allowing you to clear up space on your phone. Follow the steps below to learn how to sync your photos!

Android Devices:

Step #1: Download the Google Photos app and sign in

Step #2: Open the Google Photos app and go to “Settings”

Step #3: Tap “Back up and Sync” and turn on this setting. This will allow you to back up photos from your camera roll.

Apple Devices:

Step #1: Download the Google Photos app and sign in.

Step #2: Open the app and go to your “Settings”

Step #3: Tap “Back up and Sync” and turn on this setting.

Once you start backing up your photos onto the app, you can delete them from your camera roll without the fear of them disappearing. You can easily access the Google Photos app anytime you wish to look at a certain photo or video.
