The best watches to help you lose weight

If you are ready to start losing weight, you need all of the necessary things to help you reach your goal. When losing weight you usually need a water bottle, a fitness plan, and maybe a gym membership. However, do you have a watch that also functions as a fitness tracker? When you have a fitness watch, it is easier to track you fitness goals through heart rate, step count, and how active you are in a day. There are multiple fitness watches to choose from, but I have listed below the best ones to help you get fit.

The first gadget I am going to discuss is the Apple Watch. This is definitely one the best choice you could make when it comes to a fitness watch. It not only tracks your steps, but it also monitors our heart rate. The best feature of the Apple Watch is the ability to connect to gym equipment that supports Apple products.

Another watch you can purchase is the Fitbit Iconic. Fitbit is the most popular fitness tracker maker in the industry so it is no surprise that they created a smartwatch that is also a fitness tracker. The Fitbit Iconic is the very first smartwatch that Fitbit has created. Like a normal Fitbit, the Iconic has a heart rate monitor and a step counter. The Iconic is also waterproof so you can wear it to swim in. It will also automatically track walks, runs, and other forms of exercise. Since it is a smartwatch, it will also vibrate when you have an incoming call or text. When you look at the screen it will tell you who is calling or texted you and what the text said.

Another Fitbit device that is great for fitness tracking is the Charge 3. With the Charge 3, you can track your steps, calories burned, sleep tracking, and itt is swimproof. You also have access to a guided breathing sessions, women’s health tracking, and Fitbit Pay. Just like the Fitbit Iconic, it will vibrate when you have and incoming call or text and tell you the name of who is trying to reach you.

The Garmin Vivoactive HR is a great watch for you if you want something that is a balance between a smartwatch and a fitness tracker. When you purchase this fitness tracker, you will have access to a heart rate monitor, a GPS tracker, and a built-in sports app. This will also send you notifications.

Withings Go may not be a smartwatch, but it will still track all of your fitness needs. It will track your steps, calories burned, and sleep. It will also automatically detect when you are either running or swimming. Withings Go will provide you with an in-depth sleep analysis telling you when how long you slept, when you fell asleep, and the length of time spent in each sleep stage.

If you wish to have a fitness tracker that does not have a screen then the Misfit Ray is the one for you. It is a small device that tracks you steps, sleep, and distance. It will also vibrate when you have an incoming call or text.
