Thanks to updates in technology, you have the ability to do amazing things just using your phone. Did you know that you can set alarms straight from your iPhone? This means you no longer have to worry about carrying around an alarm clock wherever you go! You can set alarm for the perfect nap, to remember an assignment is due, or just to wake you up in the morning. Follow the steps below to learn how to set up an alarm!
Step #1: Open the “Clock” app on your iPhone.
Step #2: There will be five options displayed across the bottom of your screen. Tap “Alarm.”
Step #3: Tap the “+” button in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
Step #4: Use the scrolling options to set the exact time you want.
Step #5: You can choose to repeat the alarm if you want, but it is not necessary.
Step #6: Tapping “Label” will allow you to name your alarm.
Step #7: Tapping “Sound” will give you a variety of noises to choose from.
Step #8: The snooze icon allows you to press the “Snooze” icon when your alarm goes off. You can turn this on or off.
Step #9: Tap “Save” in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
Once you save your alarm, you will find it under the “Alarm” section of the application. You will notice a toggle icon to the right of your alarm and this is how you turn it on or off. When you tap the icon and see the color green, that means the alarm is on and will go off at the indicated time.
